Refund Policy

One-to-One Tuition

When you book a one-to-one tuition session with Kevin Ahronson at Hampshire School of Photography, you are reserving a specific time in the diary which cannot normally be offered to another student at short notice.

For this reason the following policy applies:

 

More than 7 days’ notice

If you cancel your session more than 7 days before the scheduled date, you may either:

  • Receive a full refund, or

  • Transfer your booking to another available date.

 

Between 48 hours and 7 days’ notice

Cancellations made within this period are not refundable, but the session may be rescheduled once to another available date.

 

Less than 48 hours’ notice

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot normally be rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances.

 

If Kevin needs to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.

Workshops and Group Events

Workshops require advance planning, venue bookings, and limited places. The following refund policy therefore applies:

More than 21 days before the workshop

Full refund or transfer to another workshop.

​

7–21 days before the workshop

50% refund or transfer to another workshop if places are available.

​

Less than 7 days before the workshop

Unfortunately refunds cannot normally be issued.

If Kevin has to cancel a workshop for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Transfers

Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact Kevin in advance to arrange this.

Payment Processing Fees

Payments made through third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, or similar services incur transaction fees that are charged to Hampshire School of Photography at the time of payment.

​

Where a refund is issued, any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the refunded amount.
