Since our launch only a couple of days ago, I have been furiously beavering about behind the scenes, trying to secure the right locations to run some of the workshops.
This afternoon I finally secured a venue at a stunning location in North Wanborough, just off junction five of the M3 motorway. The Mill House is a 17th century corn mill - turned pub/restaurant,
Complete with its own lake, I can't think of too many better locations for workshops on Landscape Photography (3 May 2017) and Wedding Photography (6 April 2017).
The Landscape Photography course in particular would benefit from the beautiful surroundings. During the afternoon we will be leaving the classroom to take some photos outside (weather permitting).
The Training venue itself is a converted traditional barn (below), where we will be independent from the main building, giving us privacy and plenty of space. Tea & coffee will run all day long, mineral water will be on tables for everyone... and we even have our own toilets!!
I took this photo below while the group who were using it today were breaking for lunch. You can see what a lovely venue it is, full of atmosphere and character.
